How do I schedule an in-person tour?
Please call 630-894-1010 to schedule an in-person tour.
Do you offer virtual tours?
Yes! Many of our currently available apartments (which can be found in "Available Floor Plans") include a virtual tour if that is more convenient for you.
What fees are due with my application?
A $50 application fee per person over the age of 18, and an administrative move-in fee of $400 are due when you submit your application. In the event that your application isn't approved, the $400 move-in fee will be refunded to you.
How long does it take to process a completed application?
We will typically get back to you within 24 hrs.
Do I have to obtain renters insurance?
Yes. Renters insurance is required as part of your lease agreement.
Is smoking allowed at the property?
For the health and comfort of all residents, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside these buildings, including individual apartments, or on the property grounds.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Cats and dogs are welcome to live with you. There is a one time fee of $300 per cat or dog (limit two total). Breed restrictions apply.
Which utilities do I have to pay for?
Residents only pay for utilities that are billed directly by the utility companies. Those include your electricity, and internet. Heat, hot water, and cooking gas are provided by the building.
Does the management company pass through additional utility charges?
No! You will not receive any pass-through utility charges during your residency.
Is there a bike room?
Yes. Bicycles can be stored in designated bike rooms.
Is there a laundry room in the building?
Yes. A laundry room is located in the building.
Where can I park?
Ample off street parking is provided at no charge!
What online services are available to me?
Upon acceptance of your application, you will be invited to set up your Resident Portal. From there, you can pay your rent, submit work orders, receive notifications, review your ledger, establish utility accounts, and access your residency related documents.
